Val Dowse is ONE Agency Real Estate Manwarring Property Groups "Director of First Impressions". Val performs administration tasks within the Alstonville real estate agency and has an extensive background in administration. She spent over 26 years on the team of Lismore's regional newspaper The Northern Star, where she developed a high level of customer service.

Now with a change of career to Real Estate she brings a wealth of knowledge which greatly assists in her real estate administration role with ONE Agency Real Estate Manwarring Property Group in Alstonville.

Val and her family have lived and worked locally all their life and she knows a thing or two about the area and the people in the community. She loves Lismore's close proximity to the beach and exploring the fantastic food scene the local area has to offer.

Val and her whole family have been involved in local sports both playing and coaching for many years. She has travelled across Australia for various sporting events and Masters Games tournaments. She has visited Tasmania, Queensland, Western Australia, Northern Territory, New Zealand and Hawaii for Australian Masters to World Masters.
